I don't offer simple web hosting. I offer Website Management Services for design clients that do not have the knowledge, time or desire to take on the role “Webmaster” or the budget to hire one full time.

I'm a one stop shop for Website Design, Hosting & Management. That way my clients have a single point of contact when it comes to their website needs. The only service I don't provide is the actual Internet Access.

This service covers:

• Hosting Management - Standard hosting companies offer a variety of features with their packages such as Email, FTP, Storage Space & Bandwidth and all manner of supporting features. All of which are left up to the purchasing business to manage on their own and can be quite confusing if they have no technical experience in this area and don't want to hire a full time “Webmaster”. That is where I come in. I manage the technical stuff for you.
• Content Management - If your site requires frequent updates, content changes, additions or deletions. This would include text and images. I would handle that for you. If you need new pages and menus added I can handle that for you. Minor design layout changes are considered on a case by case basis. Redesigns or setup of additional web applications such as shopping carts, customer forums, image galleries are not included are an additional cost.
• Search Engine Optimization - While I can't guarantee a #1 spot, I will work to improve how users can find your site through Keyword optimization. The process can take up to 3-6 months before seeing results.
• Ongoing Maintenance and Customer Support – Supporting applications need upgrading every now and then and I keep abreast of those changes and install the upgrades. Need a new Email Address, forwarder, or an Auto responder? I'll set it up at your request. Currently I am upgrading my company website to provide customer support features that make it easy for clients to request support and make payments online.

• Disk Space & Bandwidth - I do not “Oversell” like many of the cheaper hosting companies. Overselling is a technique to offer large amounts of disk space and bandwidth and gambling that clients will only use a fraction of it. My packages are based on typical website storage and bandwidth needs and what I advertise is what your site is allocated.
• Domain Name Management – The ability to add extra Domain names, or creating “Sub” domains like “support.comminteriorsinc.com” .
• Email both POP3 & Web based - Spam filtering, Email Forwards, Auto responders, Mail lists.
• Database Support (MySQL) – All sites are build with a Content Management Framework for easy updating and include a supporting database.
• Web Statistics – Monthly reports on website activity.
• Supported Host Features – PHP, CGI, Perl, Python, Ruby, and more.
